ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND OBLIGATIONS

To be able to purchase goods sold on our site we will require you to enter and provide true and accurate personal details about yourself. We also require you to keep your details up to date.

If we suspect that the information you provide is false we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

CURRENCY AND GST

All Prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If for what ever reason you need to cancel your order please notify us either by phone or email. Orders can only be cancelled if items is not shipped.

RETURN OF GOODS

Please choose carefully as no refund or return on change of mind or incorrect selection. Items can only be exchanged or credited 14 days from origional date of purchase where goods are faulty. So make sure you inspect items as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if faulty. You can choose between exchange or credit where goods are faulty, proof of purchase will be required and items must be send back for inspection.

If we made a mistake during dispatch, we are happy to resend the correct goods to you at no further postage cost, proof of purchase will be required and incorrect goods must be returned.
